Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
Private Tour Groups (13 Guests & More)
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7-13 days before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

Is this a Walking Tour?
Our tours are a combination of walking and transportation. We transport you to each site in a comfortable, climate-controlled vehicle. At each stop, you'll have the opportunity to explore the landmarks on foot. This blend of walking and driving ensures you experience the best of Washington, D.C., while minimizing fatigue and maximizing comfort.
Will we have any restroom breaks during the tour?
Yes, there are restrooms are located at the following stops: Jefferson Memorial, WWII Veterans Memorial, Martin Luther King Jr Memorial, and the Lincoln Memorial.

Our standard private tour itinerary includes both drive-by attractions and get-out-and-explore stops. Does a private tour include pick up and drop off service?
Yes, pick up and drop off is included in all private tours within 5 miles of the White House.
If you are further than 5 miles from the White House we might have to add on travel time.

When can I start my private tour?
You can start your private tour at a time that suits you. Morning tours usually begin at 9:00 AM, afternoon tours at 2:00 PM, and evening tours at 7:00 PM.
What happens if it rains?
Our tours operate rain or shine, but we will always do our best to adjust the itinerary to keep you comfortable. If it rains, we will provide umbrellas for your use during the tour.
