I booked a private tour with DC Today Tours. I spoke to two different individuals over the phone. I had some changes in my final number of people for the tour. They were very cooperative with helping me. I had no issues at all. Then Ron, the tour guide, called me several days ahead of the tour. He made clear all the arrangements for our tour. He adjusted the pick up location to accommodate us. He had great enthusiasm and was able to answer our questions. I would definitely try to get him again for any tours in this area.
